1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PixPaw AI, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

PixPaw AI provides AI-powered pet portrait generation services. We transform your pet photos into artistic stylized artwork through our independent interface and safety controls using third-party AI infrastructure. PixPaw AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by the creators of the underlying AI models.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Only upload images you have the right to use
  • Follow our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Not request or share NSFW, explicit, sexually suggestive, harmful, hateful, violent, or illegal content
  • Not create face swaps, deepfakes, deceptive impersonations, or non-consensual imagery
  • Not attempt to circumvent our payment systems
  • Not attempt to bypass or disrupt our safety and moderation systems
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of others

4. Payment and Credits

4.1 Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed by the third-party provider displayed at checkout, such as PayPal or Creem. PixPaw AI does not store full card details. By making a purchase, you also agree to the payment provider's applicable terms and privacy policy.

4.2 Credits System

Credits are our virtual currency used for generating artwork. Credits purchased never expire and remain in your account until used. Credits are non-transferable between accounts.

4.3 Credit Purchases

Credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable. However, we offer generation-level refunds: if you're not satisfied with a specific generation, we'll refund that credit for you to try again. See our Refund Policy for details.

4.4 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased. Current prices are displayed on our pricing page.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

5.1 Your Original Photos

You retain full ownership of all photos you upload. We do not claim any rights to your original images.

5.2 Generated Artwork License

Generated artworks are licensed to you based on your subscription tier:

  • Free Tier: Personal use only with watermark
  • Starter Pack: Personal use, no watermark
  • Pro Bundle: Social media commercial use (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Master Plan: Full commercial use license (including merchandise, advertising)

5.3 Public Gallery

By sharing to our public gallery, you grant PixPaw AI a non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and promote your artwork on our platform and marketing materials. You retain all ownership rights.

5.4 Prohibited Use

You may not resell, redistribute, or claim AI-generated images as your own original artwork. You may not use generated images for illegal, harmful, defamatory, NSFW, explicit, sexually suggestive, hateful, graphically violent, deceptive, or exploitative purposes. 6. AI Generation Quality

While we strive for high-quality results, AI-generated artwork may vary. We perform quality checks before processing, but results depend on input image quality and our AI models' capabilities. User-supplied scene text is subject to automated safety screening before generation.

7. Limitation of Liability

PixPaw AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
