Full card details are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout and are not stored by PixPaw AI.

• Operate, troubleshoot, and improve product quality

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. Images and prompts are processed only as needed to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the portrait service, subject to the service-provider disclosures below.

When you share your generated artwork to our public gallery, it becomes visible to other users. You can choose to keep your creations private at any time.

5. Service Providers

We share only the data needed to operate PixPaw AI with service providers that host data, analyze uploaded pet photos, generate portraits, screen user-supplied prompts, process payments, and fulfill physical orders. These providers currently include Supabase, Replicate, SiliconFlow, Creem, PayPal, Vercel, and Printful, depending on the feature you use. Creem's Moderation API receives the scene text you submit so it can return an allow, flag, or deny decision before image generation.
