2. Service Description

PixPaw AI provides AI-powered pet portrait generation services. We transform your pet photos into artistic stylized artwork using advanced machine learning technology.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Only upload images you have the right to use
  • Not use our service for illegal or harmful purposes
  • Not attempt to circumvent our payment systems
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of others

4. Payment and Credits

4.1 Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through PayPal. We accept PayPal accounts, credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by PayPal. By making a purchase, you agree to PayPal's terms and conditions.

4.2 Credits System

Credits are our virtual currency used for generating artwork. Credits purchased never expire and remain in your account until used. Credits are non-transferable between accounts.

4.3 Credit Purchases

Credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable. However, we offer generation-level refunds: if you're not satisfied with a specific generation, we'll refund that credit for you to try again. See our Refund Policy for details.

4.4 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased. Current prices are displayed on our pricing page.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

5.1 Your Original Photos

You retain full ownership of all photos you upload. We do not claim any rights to your original images.

5.2 Generated Artwork License

Generated artworks are licensed to you based on your subscription tier:

  • Free Tier: Personal use only with watermark
  • Starter Pack: Personal use, no watermark
  • Pro Bundle: Social media commercial use (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Master Plan: Full commercial use license (including merchandise, advertising)

5.3 Public Gallery

By sharing to our public gallery, you grant PixPaw AI a non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and promote your artwork on our platform and marketing materials. You retain all ownership rights.

5.4 Prohibited Use

You may not resell, redistribute, or claim AI-generated images as your own original artwork. You may not use generated images for illegal, harmful, or defamatory purposes.

6. AI Generation Quality

While we strive for high-quality results, AI-generated artwork may vary. We perform quality checks before processing, but results depend on input image quality and our AI models' capabilities.

7. Limitation of Liability

PixPaw AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
