How It Works
Automatic Credit Refund
If you're not satisfied with your first generation, click "Try Different Style" or "Regenerate" and we'll automatically refund your credit back to your account.
Instant & Hassle-Free
No need to contact support or fill out forms. The refund happens instantly and you can try again immediately.
One-Time Per Image
The satisfaction guarantee applies once per uploaded image. Subsequent generations of the same image will use your available credits.
Not Eligible for Refund
Low-Quality Input Photos
Images that fail our quality check (blurry, unclear, or no visible pet) are rejected before generation and don't consume credits.
After Download or Share
Once you download or share your artwork to the gallery, it indicates satisfaction. Refunds are not available after these actions.
Abuse Prevention
Repeated refund requests or suspicious patterns may result in account review to prevent system abuse.
Credit Pack Purchases
Important Notice
Credit pack purchases (Starter, Pro, Master) are final and non-refundable. This is because credits are delivered instantly and can be used immediately.
💡 However, you can get individual generation refunds! If you're not satisfied with a specific generation, click "Not quite" and we'll refund that 1 credit so you can try again.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases of technical issues or duplicate charges, we may issue credit pack refunds at our discretion. Contact support with your PayPal transaction ID.
PayPal Refund Processing
Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through PayPal within 3-5 business days. The refund will appear in your PayPal account or original payment method.
Automatic vs Manual Refunds
- Generation refunds: Automatic and instant (credit restored immediately)
- Payment refunds: Manual review required, processed within 3-5 business days
Payment Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us at support@pixpawai.com within 30 days of the charge. Include your PayPal transaction ID and reason for dispute.
