How many portraits can I create?
It depends on your credits! You get 2 free credits when you sign up. Each portrait costs 1 credit. Purchase credit packs anytime - they never expire. Check our Pricing page for available packs.
What file format will I receive?
You'll receive high-resolution PNG images (up to 2048×2048 pixels) perfect for printing, sharing on social media, or creating custom merchandise like mugs, pillows, and phone cases.
Can I choose specific art styles?

What if I'm not satisfied with the result?
We've got you covered! If you're not happy, we'll refund your credit immediately - no questions asked. You can then try a different style or adjust your photo. We also offer free regeneration for technical issues.
Where can I view all my created portraits?
Visit your Dashboard to see all your creations! You can download them anytime, share to our public gallery to earn a free credit, or create custom Art Cards for social media.
Can I edit or modify the generated portrait?
While you can't directly edit the AI output, you can regenerate with different styles or add custom prompts (like 'wearing a hat' or 'on the beach') to customize the scene while keeping your pet's features intact.
How can I improve the quality of my portrait?
Three key tips: (1) Upload a clear, well-lit photo showing your pet's face, (2) Choose a style that matches your pet's personality, (3) For complex features like heterochromia or unique patterns, our AI auto-detects and optimizes parameters for best accuracy.
Is my data safe and private?
Absolutely. We take privacy seriously. Your photos are stored securely on encrypted servers. We never share your data with third parties. You can delete your creations anytime from your Dashboard.
